The estranged wife of Five Finger Death Punch singer Ivan Moody told a judge that she thinks he is in desperate need of rehab, and released photos of her battered face to prove it.
Holly Smith filed an affidavit with the Adams County Court in Colorado claiming Ivan can no longer tell the difference between reality and make believe and she blames his alcohol abuse.
In the docs, Smith says Ivan&#;s taking on the personality of the band&#;s song, &#;Jekyll and Hyde.&#; She says, &#;Ivan has talked to me in third person in a voice different from his own as if he were a demonic presence inhabiting a body.&#; Ivan&#;s sister, Sandra Dykes, filed an affidavit of her own as well backing up many of Holly&#;s claims. Five Finger Death Punch Manager Issues Statement on Claims Made About Ivan Moody
Holly Smith has made claims of domestic violence that were dismissed on July 14th, She has also claimed that she was married to Ivan Moody, which Ivan denies. A search of county clerk records in the location she claims to have gotten married showed no marriage certificate. Ms. Smith has also made statements alleging that Moody is the father of her child which has also been shown to be untrue.

Unsettling news to report on Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Ivan Moody. According to TMZ, the singer's wife, Holly Smith, has filed for divorce, claiming Moody was violent during their marriage.
TMZ apparently obtained divorce documents, and the details are disturbing to say the least. The website reports that while at a hotel room in Las Vegas, Smith accused Moody of infidelity after finding texts on his phone from various other women. After eventually going to bed, Smith alleges that she woke to find that Moody had put her in a jiujitsu submission hold, and then claims he punched her repeatedly and choked her with a blanket. Moody was apparently arrested in Vegas for domestic violence but charges were dropped.
TMZ continues by claiming the divorce documents contain photos of Holly Smith with a bloody eye and burst blood vessels, among other injuries.
Holly Smith is asking for financial support from Moody, who by Smith's testimony, earns roughly $66, per month with Five Finger Death Punch. This adds up to $, each year.
